prixeSoft ("we", "us", or "our") operates GoldTracker (including our mobile applications for Android and iOS, our web client at goldarrowtracker.com/app/, and our informational corporate portal at goldarrowtracker.com). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, process, store, and safeguard your personal information, as well as your privacy rights under European Data Protection law (GDPR), United States regulations (including CCPA/CPRA), and international standards.

We are dedicated to an offline-first, privacy-conscious architecture: on-device neural processing is prioritized to keep your shooting photos, arrow calculations, and joint coordinates on your hardware whenever possible.

2. Information We Collect

Depending on how you interact with GoldTracker, we process the following categories of data:

• Account & Profile Data: When creating an optional cloud account via Google Sign-In or email, we receive your email address, display name, and unique user identifier. Guest users can utilize the application without registration.
• Archery Session Telemetry: Target face formats, distances, ring scores, arrow impact coordinates, end totals, equipment configurations (bow profile, draw weight, sight marks), and session timestamps.
• Photographs & Image Media: Target face photos captured for automatic computer vision scoring and archer posture photos/videos recorded for biomechanical pose coaching.
• Hyper-Local Environmental Data: Approximate coordinates (latitude and longitude) requested strictly to query real-time weather and wind forecasts (wind speed, direction, daytime gusts, precipitation) for range drift calculation.
• Device & Usage Diagnostics: Device model, operating system version, anonymous crash diagnostics, and aggregated website page view counters.

3. Biomechanical Pose & Image Safety Architecture

GoldTracker features proprietary on-device skeletal joint tracking to evaluate archery shooting form. We uphold rigorous safety safeguards:

• Local-First Inference: 17-point skeletal landmark detection operates directly on your phone's Neural Processing Unit (NPU) or GPU. Images do not leave your device unless cloud sync or backup is explicitly enabled.
• Strict Acceptable Use: Pose analysis is exclusively for archery form improvement. Uploading nudity, sexually explicit material, violence, or unrelated imagery is strictly prohibited.
• Automated Privacy Redaction: When image sharing or cloud backup is used, background bystanders and non-shooting individuals can be automatically blurred or redacted.
• No Biometric Sale: We never sell, rent, or trade your facial landmarks, skeletal joint data, or physical likeness to third-party data brokers or marketing firms.

4. Google AdSense & Third-Party Advertising Policy

To support ongoing engineering and provide free archery tools to athletes worldwide, GoldTracker displays commercial advertisements on qualifying public web placements and mobile natural breaks via Google AdSense and Google AdMob.

We implement the IAB Europe Transparency and Consent Framework (TCF v2.2) and Google's certified Consent Management Platform (CMP). When accessing advertising-supported sections, European Economic Area (EEA), UK, and Swiss users are presented with a consent dialog allowing them to accept, reject, or customize cookie preferences before advertising cookies are stored or read.

Ad-Free Zones: We preserve an ad-free experience during live target scanning, arrow shooting ends, competition recording, and for subscribed Premium athletes.

For visitors and athletes located in the European Economic Area (EEA), we process your data under the following legal bases pursuant to Article 6 of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR):

• Contractual Performance: Processing scoring, bow garage configurations, and cloud sync to deliver the services you requested.
• Consent: Serving personalized advertisements and optional telemetry where you have provided affirmative consent through our cookie banner or app permissions.
• Legitimate Interests: Protecting the security of our API, maintaining server integrity, and preventing abuse.
• Legal Compliance: Satisfying statutory tax, accounting, or consumer protection requirements.

8. Data Retention & International Transfers

Personal data is retained only for as long as your account remains active or as needed to provide our services. If you delete your account, personal identifiers and associated target media are permanently purged within 30 days. Data is hosted on secure European cloud servers with TLS 1.3 encryption in transit and AES-256 encryption at rest.
