1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using GoldTracker (including our mobile applications, web platform at goldarrowtracker.com/app/, and informational resources at goldarrowtracker.com), you enter into a legally binding agreement with prixeSoft. If you do not agree to these terms, do not install, access, or use the application.
2. Permitted Use & Archery Safety
GoldTracker is engineered strictly as an electronic scorebook, training analytics tool, and biomechanical posture assistant for the sport of archery. You agree to:
- Follow all shooting line safety protocols and range commands at your archery club or tournament venue. Never operate your smartphone while actively drawing or aiming a bow.
- Only capture photos of target faces when the shooting line has been cleared and archers are safely retrieving arrows.
- Use GoldTracker for lawful athletic training, equipment maintenance, and personal record keeping.
3. Acceptable Use Policy for Form & Pose Analysis
GoldTracker integrates advanced computer vision neural networks to evaluate shooting posture, Draw Force Line alignment, and skeletal geometry. The following content is strictly prohibited:
- Uploading, recording, or syncing images or videos containing nudity, partial nudity, underwear, or sexually suggestive material.
- Uploading non-archery content, violent media, depictions of weapons used against persons, or unauthorized photos of third parties.
- Attempting to bypass our automated content safety filters, quarantine pipelines, or adult-content classifiers.
Any account found uploading prohibited content will be immediately quarantined and permanently banned without prior notice.
4. Sporting & Tournament Disclaimer
Important Disclaimer: GoldTracker provides high-precision computer vision scoring and line-cutter estimates for training purposes. In official World Archery, NFAA, or national federation tournaments, official judging, arrow calls, and scoring decisions made by accredited line judges take precedence over electronic calculations. GoldTracker does not serve as an official tournament judge.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
All software, proprietary neural network models, detection architectures, UI designs, graphics, branding, and text are the exclusive intellectual property of prixeSoft and protected by international copyright laws. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, extract ONNX weight files, or create derivative works without prior written authorization.
6. Third-Party Services & Advertising
Our website and mobile clients may display third-party advertisements served by Google AdSense and Google AdMob. Third-party advertising partners operate under their respective terms and privacy policies. Advertisements are clearly designated and separated from core training utilities.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, prixeSoft and its contributors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, equipment damage resulting from range accidents, or tournament disqualifications. The software is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind.
8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria and the regulations of the European Union, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bulgaria.
